What Makes You Excited About Christmas?

There is no doubt that Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I get giddy and excited whenever I see Christmas trees and lights. I feel instant happiness whenever I hear people sing Christmas songs and carols. The spirit of Christmas certainly brings joy to every person. Indeed, there is so much to love about the holidays.

The Christmas season offers everyone the perfect opportunity to hang out and get together. It’s the right time to catch up with each other’s lives after almost a year of being away from each other due to the demands of their studies, works and other professional engagements. This is the reason why I look forward to my travels for the upcoming holidays. I can’t wait to be with my friends and loved ones again!

If there is one thing that I love doing everyday, it is absolutely dressing up. I feel happy whenever I open my closet and look for the right outfit for a particular day or event. When I was young, my mother usually chose the dresses that I would wear. She made it to a point that I look presentable wherever we go. I think I got my shopping and dressing up skills from her. However, there are some problems that I encounter every time I buy my clothes. Some days, it's a struggle to look for the right dress. First of all, there are really times when I can't find the right style for me. Or if ever I find that one item I like, it doesn't have a size for me.
